You are sweet enough
I rarely drink sweet drinks but, when I do, it is for one week during the summer during a church camp. While I am there, in the cafeteria there are soda machines in the cafeteria and I drink a lot of soda. The only times I don’t drink soda, during this period, is during breakfast when I drink orange juice and during our outside activities when I drink water. Other than that, all I drink is soda. Outside of that week, I don’t drink soda. Although, recently, around late November, every time I go out to eat on Friday, I drink soda every other week. Other than that I drink water and every once in a while I drink orange juice and Almond Milk.
I have recently done some research to understand the benefits and disadvantages of drinking soda. The benefits of drinking soda are: it eases digestion because the acid stops stomach pain and breaks down food. Also, it can help to focus your mind by increasing your energy levels as coffee does. Others have said it also stops nausea. The disadvantages of drinking soda are it can lead to pancreatic cancer, tooth decay, gout, obesity and dementia.
I think that my family, friends and I should stop drinking soda for our health. Drinking soda will give us all these diseases. The government should increase the amount of money on soda. I feel like if the government raised the money on soda people would buy it less. I also feel that if the government also put why the prices are raised people will also stop trying to buy it.
