Drink only water for one week, track your journey and inspire others to make this change too. If you successfully complete the challenge, you’ll be able to win some great prizes!

How It Works

  • Commit to drinking only water for one week by registering for the competition using the form below
  • Record your progress by tracking and logging your water consumption and any other beverage intake for that week
  • Submit copies of your water consumption log each day 
  • Share photo/video testimonials of your progress and experience during the challenge (optional)
  • Be entered to win prizes for completing the challenge and drinking the most water!
